主寝室の窓際の一角に、猫だけの小部屋をつくった。壁紙が緑色なので「GreenRoom」と呼ばれている。
出入り口が多いので、猫がよく来る。さっきまでいた猫が、気づくと誰もいない。そして、あちこちから出てくる。
窓より低い位置にキャットウォークを設けている。
窓より高い位置に道があっても、猫には何の楽しみもない。低ければ外が見える。景色の良い道になる。
壁紙が緑色だから、GreenRoom
■猫トンネルを進むと隣の部屋に通じています。この猫専用の部屋は、壁紙が緑色なので「GreenRoom」と呼ばれています。猫用の出入り口がたくさんあるため、猫達が頻繁に訪れるにぎやかな小部屋になりました。
■Continuing through the cat tunnel leads to the adjacent room. This cats-only room is called the "GreenRoom" because of its green wallpaper. With many cat-sized entrances and exits, it has become a lively little room frequently visited by cats.
入れ替わり立ち替わり
■「GreenRoom」は主寝室の窓際の一角に作られました。窓より低い位置にある小さいキャットウォークは、「なんとなくイイ感じ」になっているらしくて、若い猫達のお気に入り。端まで行くとPlayRoomへの「猫穴」につながっています。
■The GreenRoom was built in a corner by the window of the master bedroom. The small catwalk positioned lower than the window seems to have a "somehow good feeling" about it, and is a favorite among younger cats. At the far end, it connects to a "cat hole" leading to the PlayRoom.
猫が消える部屋
■GreenRoomは不思議な部屋です。さっきまでいっぱい居たはずの猫達が、気づかないうちに誰も居なくなって、何処へ行ったのか？と考えているうちに、あちこちから出没してきます。
■The GreenRoom is a mysterious place. The cats that were packed in here a moment ago have all disappeared without you noticing — and just as you're wondering where they went, they start popping up from everywhere.
